Erica Mel is the result of a union of Galician beekeepers who share the same way of understanding honey: natural, authentic and tied to the land.
Since 1990, we have worked collectively to bring high-quality honey to the consumer, taking care of every process and respecting the balance of nature.
The floral richness of Galicia
No two honeys are the same. Everything depends on the flowers, the landscape and the path the bees take.
In Galicia, the abundance of wild flora creates honeys with unique nuances: from the intense character of heather to the smoothness of eucalyptus or the tones of chestnut.
Erica Mel’s hives are located in natural environments where this diversity flourishes spontaneously.
The result is honey with its own identity, which changes in colour, aroma and flavour according to its origin and each harvest.
